11 Flavors We're Seeing Everywhere in 2026

When you look at new snacks all day, you start to notice some patterns. Some flavors come out of nowhere, while others stick around way longer than expected.
Here are 11 flavors that keep popping up in 2026.
Mango
Mango is everywhere right now, from candy and snacks to energy drinks and sparkling water. And it’s not slowing down. We’re also seeing brands pair it with other tropical and spicy flavors.
Mango Habanero
Sweet heat is still going strong, and mango habanero might be one of its biggest combinations. Sweet, fruity and just spicy enough, it’s showing up in more snack launches this year.
Mango Passion Fruit
The other side of the mango trend is decidedly tropical. Mango passion fruit has been popping up especially in drinks and fruit snacks, giving brands a bright, summery flavor combination that already feels familiar.
Guava
Guava is having a moment of its own. Once harder to find in mainstream products, we’re seeing it appear in more drinks, candy and snacks. Dole Whip even launched a Tropical Guava Passion flavor.
Cookie Butter & Biscoff
Cookie butter and Biscoff flavors are showing up in more and more new products. That spiced, caramelized flavor is making its way into everything from candy and desserts to protein products.
Brown Butter
Brown butter might be showing up in the most unexpected places. We’re seeing it in baked goods like cookies, cookie dough and banana bread, but also savory products like brown butter gravy, pumpkin ravioli and even Alfredo.
Rocket Pop
Cherry, lime and blue raspberry are back together again. Rocket Pop-inspired flavors are showing up everywhere, but we've noticed them especially in drinks, including energy drinks, sparkling waters and teas.
Birthday Cake
Birthday cake isn't new, but brands keep finding new places to put it. We're seeing the sprinkle-filled nostalgic flavor particularly often in snacks, bars and other sweet treats.
Banana Bread
One to watch: banana bread. We’re seeing the cozy, nostalgic flavor pop up in everything from coffee creamers to granola and protein bars. This one feels like it’s just getting started.
Pickle
Pickle had its big moment...and then never left. Instead, brands keep finding new variations and new products to pickle-ify. At this point, it might have officially graduated from trend to staple.
Hot Honey
Hot honey isn't going anywhere either. What started as a buzzy sweet-and-spicy flavor continues to spread into new categories, with new hot honey products still hitting shelves in 2026.
What flavor is next?
We're keeping our eyes on banana bread, but snack trends can move fast. We'll be tracking new launches to see which flavors keep growing, which disappear and what starts popping up next.
